Seasonal ingredients and bright flavours with an emphasis on seafood, all paired with four signature Cloudy Bay wines. Lunch is served 12-2.30pm and the Oyster Bar from 2.30-5pm.
Dinner with the seasons
Seasonally changing three-course menus showcase the location, whilst bringing the best of Cornish seas, fields, market gardens and skies to the table.
Expect grilled Newlyn hake with Camel Valley Brut sauce; locally grown lion's mane and shitake tare mushrooms, potato mousseline and Wiltshire truffle. Cornish black pork and morcilla with preserved gooseberry and crab apple relish, and a butcher's block laden with the finest Cornish and European cheeses.
