Thank lobster it’s Friday!
Each Friday at Watergate Bay Hotel is known as Lobster Friday. We serve a dish of half a lobster in garlic butter and chips with basil aioli, and trust us its delicious.
The Lobster is locally caught off the Cape of Cornwall, by Lee Carter, on the same day that we serve it so you can be sure your is as fresh as possible.
There is no need to book in, simply join us in the Living Space and order from the specials board.
We would recommend a glass of our Prosecco or our Sauvignon Blanc as it is refreshing against the richness of the dish.
