Watergate Bay Mule

…with lashings of Sipsmith gin!

Makes one.

Ingredients

35ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
Two fresh-cut lime wedges
Beaumont’s alcoholic ginger beer, or any good alternative
5ml simply syrup, if desired.
Ice

Glass: High Ball

Method


Combine spirit and ginger beer in an ice-filled high ball glass.

Squeeze in lime wedges and stir.
