This is by far the most popular cocktail on the Zacry’s menu. It’s refreshing and light and works well alongside many of our dishes. We’re often asked how to make it so we thought we’d share the recipe with you.
15ml Elderflower cordial
35ml Hendricks Gin
125ml Cornish pressed apple juice
Slice of cucumber
Glass: High Ball
Pour all of he ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake.
Strain over crushed ice into high ball glass.
Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
