Named after the square, rocky outcrop at the south end of the beach comes Zacry’s – the restaurant at Watergate Bay Hotel.
Open for dinner Monday through to Sunday, Zacry’s is the main restaurant in the hotel and is where our dinner inclusive guests dine as well as guests who are not staying at the hotel.
The style combines Cornish attitude with a classic brasserie, while the food draws on international influences, local inspiration and executive chef Neil Haydock’s passion for contemporary American cuisine.
Provenance is important and the seasonal two or three course menu showcases both classic and contemporary dishes, grilled meat and seafood all feature large. And, thanks to the indoor charcoal oven, flavours are big, bold and distinctive. Expect dishes like Fiorentina steak, Cornish spider crab and Grampound duck.

Telephone reservations are open seven days a week, 9am to 7pm. Booking is recommended.
Children are welcome for dinner at Zacry’s but we ask that families with children under 8 years old to a table between 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
We serve children’s portions and are able to simplify dishes on request.
