Our current vacancies:
IT Manager
We are looking for an IT Manager to manage all current information and communication technology /networks within the hotel. The successful applicant is also required to act as a ‘thought leader’, to guide, inform, and implement the company’s future IT strategies. This role is offered on the basis of 35 hours per week (over 5 days), plus additional on-call hours.
Candidates should have previous experience of IT support within an SME, and must also possess an MCP, MSCE, CCNA or similar qualification. Excellent customer service and organisational skills are also essential.

Deputy Kids’ Zone Manager
We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager within our Kids Department. The primary focus of this role is to assist and support the Kids Manager in the general running of the department. The successful applicant will be required to work with staff, to produce and deliver creative and fun activities for children.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience of a supervisory role within an Ofsted registered setting, which caters for children between the ages of 3 and 12 years. Successful applicants must also possess a recognised and relevant NVQ level 3 qualification, with a willingness to progress to level 4 and above.

Receptionist
We are looking for an outgoing and professional Receptionist to join the front of house team.
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, this person will be the first point of contact for all guests.
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. Good IT skills are expected, with previous working knowledge of Microsoft Office essential. Experience of using Hotel Perfect would also be an advantage.
Previous employment in a front facing customer service environment is essential.

Seasonal Chef
We are looking for seasonal chef to work within our busy kitchen. You will be required to assist our Executive/Department chefs in the ordering, preparation, and service of all dishes, within a high quality kitchen environment.
The successful candidate must be passionate about food. Previous experience of working in a similarly high quality environment is essential. It is also important that you are an excellent team player with bags of personality.

Seasonal Food & Beverage Supervisor
This role is to assist respective Managers in overseeing the day to day running of The Living Space/Dining Room restaurants. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and experience of successfully running a strong floor team. Successful candidates must have experience in a similar role with the confidence and ability to assist with rota planning, and to exceed guest expectations.
Attention to detail is imperative, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. You must also be flexible, a team player, well presented, and an excellent communicator. Bar and Waiting Staff
We are currently looking for experienced food and beverage staff to work within our busy Food & Beverage outlets. Successful candidates will need to have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work hard and keep smiling on even the busiest days.
Previous bar or waiting experience is essential. It will also be necessary to be a strong team player, with bags of enthusiasm and personality.
