Have you ever wanted to perfect your front crawl, improve your tumble turn or just take your swimming to the next level?
You may not want to become the next Michael Phelps but a few simple techniques and pointers could really help develop your swimming from a recreational interest to a way of staying fit, healthy and avoiding injury. Swimming is one of the few sports that works all the muscle groups with low impact exercise, it’s perfect for toning the body as well as providing cardio vascular training.
This two day clinic with Salim Ahmed, a professional swim coach from Swim Lab, will allow you to understand more about your swimming style. Front crawl will be the focus but the clinic is developed according to the specific requirements of you and the group.
Swim clinic is designed to be a bespoke experience, it will take you through the key elements of stroke whilst learning positioning, breathing and overall technique, enabling you to swim faster and longer with less effort and improving your swimming confidence.

Saturday 30th November
An hour of private pool work in the morning and an hour late afternoon.
One to ones to discuss individual requirements.
Access to the swimming pool all day with an optional beach run and beach yoga session.
Sunday 1st December
An hour of private pool work in the morning.
Prices for the swim clinic and two nights B&B accommodation start at £250 per person for a House Standard room based on two people sharing.
B&B accommodation on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th November with the option to extend your stay further.
