We run cardio cycle classes in our studio. Sessions are 40 minutes long, with an experienced cardio cycle instructor and are suitable for both beginners and the experienced.
Cardio cycle is a full cardiovascular workout on special stationary exercise bikes with a single front wheel. They also have a brake which, when adjusted, will change the intensity of the workout so you can go at your own pace or really work up a sweat.
Our classes are great for strengthening the legs, endurance and improving your overall fitness. They are also lots of fun, guaranteed.
Classes are on Tuesday at 09.30 and Thursday at 10.30 for members and guests. £6 for 40 minutes.
