We run cardio cycle classes in our studio. Sessions are 50 minutes long, with an experienced cardio cycle instructor and are suitable for both beginners and the experienced.
Cardio cycle is a full cardiovascular workout on special stationary exercise bikes with a single front wheel. They also have a brake which, when adjusted, will change the intensity of the workout so you can go at your own pace or really work up a sweat.
Our classes are great for strengthening the legs, endurance and improving your overall fitness. They are also lots of fun, guaranteed!
£8 per session.
