The Mint Julep cocktail is a sweet, mint flavoured drink made from a sugar syrup associated with the cuisine of the Southern United States.
Our non-alcoholic variation is now being served on the Living Space menu.
20 mint leaves
10ml lemon juice
15ml elderflower cordial
Fresh apple juice
Lemon to garnish
Glass: Bubble glass
Muddle 20 mint leaves in the glass.
Add lemon juice and elderflower cordial.
Fill glass with crushed ice and top up with fresh apple juice.
Float 4 drops of Angostura Bitters on top.
Garnish with lemon twist and enjoy.
