Blood orange & cranberry fizz
Cocktail recipe
From St Ives comes this unique blood orange gin, mixed with Cointreau, cranberry juice, and topped with Laurent-Perrier Champagne.
Ingredients
- 25ml St Ives blood orange gin
- 25ml Cointreau
- 50ml cranberry juice
- 1/2 lime
- Dash sugar syrup
- Laurent-Perrier Champagne
Method
Served in a wine glass
- Add all ingredients, except Champagne into a shaker and shake with ice.
- Double strain over chilled martini glass/ Champagne flute.
- Top with Laurent-Perrier and garnish with orange peel
