Watergate Bay loves dogs and dogs love Watergate Bay. That’s why everyone is invited to our fun and friendly family dog show in aid of St Francis Home for Animals on Sunday 11 September at 2pm.

Dog show at Watergate Bay

With 10 different classes including best puppy, waggiest tail and best in show, we hope to attract every size, shape and breed of four-legged friends to the sand.

Prizes will come from sponsors Joules with winners of each class receiving a £30 Joules voucher and rosettes while reserve and best in show will receive dog beds.

St Francis Home for Animals has been rescuing and rehoming dogs for more than fifty years. Based just up the road from us here at Watergate Bay, they do a brilliant job soley relying on public donations, and with your help they hope to keep rehoming dogs across the UK for many more years to come.

Hey. I run a flyball club in Cornwall and would love to come and offer the public a chance to have a go. We love introducing the sport to new people and watching the dogs have fun.
If you would like to know more you can get hold of me on 07891337684 or go to our website ddflyballclub.com or check out our Facebook page Duchy Dashers Flyball. We love supporting local charities by giving what we make from the have a go to the fundraisers and support st Francis in the work that they do.

      Hi Emma,

Thanks for getting in touch. I have to admit we did quite enjoy watching this on YouTube. This is one for our events team and I have passed your message and details on.

      Best wishes, Team WGB
