Inspiring by design.
It’s tempting to fill Watergate Bay with pebbles and driftwood frames. With much of the hotel sea-facing, it draws naturally on its coastal location. So rather than rely on the clichés of contemporary British beach chic, our design seeks to create a more meaningful experience for guests.
Features reflect not only the coastline but active relaxation – the hotel’s ethos. The spaces serve the people who use them, including elements at once relevant and inventive. From the vast windows to the oak boardwalk, comfortable chairs and Carl Hansen lamps, everything is intended to connect you.
With the launch this year of the new restaurant, Watergate’s watermark is increasingly distinctive. Ingrained are simplicity and good quality and an aesthetic that’s inspiring and tranquil.
