As summer begins and evenings in Cornwall are best spent relaxing by the sea, each Friday at Watergate Bay Hotel becomes Lobster Friday.
Freshly caught on the day, off the Cape of Cornwall by Lee Carter; half a Lobster is roasted with garlic butter and served with fries, accompanied by either basil aioli or chilli-lime butter, it’s your choice.
We would recommend pairing your Lobster with refreshing Yealands Pinot Gris or a glass of Prosecco. Eat outside on the deck or inside with views that stretch over the bay.
