Brioche style bun
Beef patties 70/30 meat fat ratio salt and pepper
Grated/sliced pickled beetroot
Heritage beef tomato
Lollo Biondi lettuce
Maple streaky bacon
Remoulade – mayo, tomato ketchup, sriracha hot sauce, diced gherkin
Assemble. Pile high. Hold with both hands and take a bite.
