Pimms o'clock

Back to blog

Nothing beats a glass of Pimms on a summer’s day…except maybe a jug of Pimms on a summer’s day.

Here is our Pimms Cup recipe from The Living Space, with a little Watergate twist; instead of lemonade, we mix ours with ginger ale.

70ml Pimms No1
2 strawberries
3 slices of cucumber
10 mint leaves
1 slice orange
Ginger ale

Glass: Tall

  1. Slice and dice all of the fruit and set to one side.
  2. Put all 10 mint leaves into your hand and clap hard (once). This should release the flavours and aromas of the mint giving your drink an extra punch.
  3. Put the fruit, mint leaves and ice into the glass.
  4. Add the 70ml of Pimms No1.
  5. Top up with ginger ale.
  6. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and mint leaves
