Originating in Venice, a traditional bellini is a mixture of prosecco and peach puree. However, these days there are many variations including the Rhubarb Bellini from Zacry’s.
15ml rhubarb puree
15ml rhubarb chase vodka
Glass: Champagne Flute
Fill the champagne flute with prosecco.
Add the puree and vodka and serve.
