Dessert, Cheese and wine: Thursday 21 November
Pastry chef Mariana Chaves has collaborated with ‘cheese man’ Tom Hanson and sommelier Greg Turner for an evening of all things indulgent and delicious. Limited tickets, £35 per person.
Chocolate Tasting with Rio Nuevo: Tuesday 26 November
Calling all chocolate lovers for this hosted tasting with chocolatiers Sara and Andres from Rio Nuevo. £20 per person.
Pasta Perfecto with Gennaro Contaldo: Thursday 28 November
In the grand finale of the Eat Up event series, Jamie Oliver mentor and master of pasta, Gennaro Contaldo joins Fifteen Cornwall for this exclusive evening. £48 per person.

Sunday 10 November
Billed as Newquays biggest firework display this year, the beach will be illuminated with fireworks from 7pm. Make an evening of it at visit Watchful Mary for a pre or post firework drink. We'll be serving Sheppy's spiced cider and Cointreau orange hot chocolate.
Thursday 5 December to Sunday 8 December
Drawing large crowds, Padstow’s Christmas Festival takes place from Thursday 5 to Sunday 8 December featuring food artisans and producers, plus demos from award-winning chefs. Expect fireworks, live music, carol concerts and a great lantern parade.
Wednesday 20 November
The City of Lights procession includes music, dance and lanterns made by schools and community groups. City of Lights is a feast of samba, brass bands, pipes and drums with market stalls for Christmas gifts and tasty food. The Christmas late night shopping starts every Wednesday from 27 November.
Saturday 14 December to Saturday 4 January
A sea monster, ships sailing into the harbour and of course the big Mousehole cat. All of these can be found lit up in Mousehole harbour. Enjoy a mulled wine and festive food as you stroll through the little fishing village that comes alive at Christmas.
Friday 13 December to Sunday 5 January
After three bumper years in Falmouth with Cinderella, Bah Humbug! and Aladdin, Miracle will be back at Princess Pavilion this December with a brand new production, full of music and laughter, freely adapted from Robert Louis Stevenson’s Treasure Island.

Bring the children for a family experience with Father Christmas, entertaining a gathering with his latest tale. On Saturdays, The reindeer fly in for a festive visit to the stable yard this Christmas. See the garden in a new light as it becomes an illuminated wonderland. Wrap up warm and explore new pathways showered with light as a new illuminated route of the garden is revealed this December.
Kids’ Zone is open every day with supervised sessions every morning and evening. Children can play in our new outdoor play space or get crafty with winter-themed arty activities throughout the day. As always, Kids’ Zone will have lots of games to play and new friends to make.
Learn to surf on one of the country’s premier surfing beaches. Whether it’s your first time, or you’re looking for a refresher, the Extreme Academy’s experienced surf coaches will give you everything you need to get in the water and all the kit to keep you warm in the surf. With hot showers and changing rooms right on the beach, then over to The Beach Hut for an Extreme Hot Chocolate.
