“We know how difficult it has been for everyone, so coming out of lockdown, we wanted to do something that would really show off all the brilliant local producers we have in Cornwall,” explains Christina Knight, Watergate Bay Hotel’s F&B Operations manager.
From Curio Cocoa Nib Vodka to Wrecking Coast Sloe Gin, Atlantic Cassis to Knightor Rose Vermouth, Cornwall’s impressive spread of artisan producers is represented in imaginative ways. “The list has lots of my favourite drinks in an interesting, fresh and playful combination,” says Christina.
