Celebrate Burns’ night with a proper Scottish cocktail, the Whisky Royal.
Burns’ Night is a celebration of the life and poetry of Robert Burns, the bard behind Auld Lang Syne. At The Beach Hut we will serving a dinner of haggis, neeps and tatties, salmon with potato cakes and sour cream, Scottish Cranachan and, of course, whisky cocktails. The restaurant will be banquette style for your three courses, and there’ll be a real Scots piper around the bonfire on the beach. Bring on the tartan!
125ml ginger ale
Combine all of your ingredients and serve over ice.
Garnish with a slice of apple.
