Ruby Jacq

A lovely ruby tinted Champagne cocktail. Sweet orange flavours with contrasting notes from the Campari. Looks great, tastes great, a winner for any Christmas Party!

Ingredients

Serves one

Coat a Jacquart champagne flute with sugar
15ml Campari
30ml Blood Orange juice
4 grapes

Method
1. In a cocktail glass muddle 4 grapes, add the Campari & blood orange juice a dash of gomme and shake with ice
2. Strain into a Jacquart champagne flute and top up with Jacquart Brut Mosaique
3. Garnish: Orange peel twist

Pomegranate Champagne Punch

A festive looking punch with sweet-tart notes from the pomegranate makes this the glass of fizz to celebrate Christmas.

Ingredients

Serves one

17.5ml Flor de Cana 4yr white rum
17.5ml Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
Dash of gomme
Spash of soda
75ml Champagne Jacquart Brut Mosiacque

Method

1. Add rum, pama and gomme to a cocktail glass, add ice ¾ and shake
2. Strain and serve in a Jacquart flute and top up with Jacquart Brut Mosaique
3. Garnish: x1 mint leaf, a slice of lemon and 3 pomegranate seeds

Limoncello Champagne

How to make Limoncello even more delicious…? Add a splash to a glass of Jacquart Brut Mosaique Champagne and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Zesty, sherbety with a hint of sweetness, yet extremely refreshing and very moreish.

Ingredients

Serves one

15ml Limoncello
10ml Lime Juice

Method

1. Add both to a cocktail glass and shake with ice
2. Strain into a Jacquart Champagne glass and top up with Jacquart Brut Mosaique
3. Garnish: Lemon peel twist

Christmas Nights Watchful Mary Rose Champagne

Gin Palace

Think of this as the ‘elegant Bramble’. Gin, blackberries and Champagne are always a great combination making this an extremely enjoyable Champagne cocktail.

Ingredients

Serves one

15ml of gin (Caoruun) then move onto Sipsmith
15ml crème de mure
10ml vanilla gomme

Method

1. Add all to a cocktail glass and shake with ice
2. Strain into a Jacquart Champagne flute and top up with Jacquart Brut Mosaique
3. Garnish: Blackberry

Poinsettia

Christmas in a glass. Juicy cranberry with warming orange notes topped with refreshing Jacquart Champagne.

Ingredients

Serves one

25ml Cointreau
25ml Cranberry Juice
A splach of gomme
75ml Jacquart Champagne

Method

1. Add Cointreau and cranberry to a cocktail glass, add ice ¾ and shake
2. Strain into a Champagne Coupe and top up with Jacquart Brut Mosaique
3. Garnish with x2 fresh cranberries

Kir Royale

The simple timeless classic, crème de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur) we like to use Chase Distillery’s and gently pour Jacquart Brut Mosaique over the top.

Method

1. 25ml Chase Blackcurrant Liqueur (Cassis)
2. Top up with Jacquart Brut Mosaique, no garnish required

 

New Year Champagne Cocktails At Watergate Bay Hotel

Apple Fizz

A blend of our House Champagne with cloudy apple juice and a touch of apple brandy gives a warming, wintery and comforting glass of fizz.

Ingredients

Serves one

15ml Calvados
15ml Cloudy Apple Juice

Method

1. Add both to a cocktail glass and shake with ice
2. Shake shake shake
3. Strain into a Champagne Coupe and top up with Jacquart Brut Mosaique
3. Garnish: Thin round apple slice to float on top
