What you will be doing on a weekly basis:
- To meet and greet clients in a friendly but professional manner, offering refreshments where appropriate, and discussing the treatment with them before beginning
- To ensure that all guests/clients complete a medical questionnaire prior to the start of any treatments and that any issues that are highlighted are communicated to the senior therapist on duty
- To deliver a range of beauty treatments (once trained) to the standards defined by the Swim Club Manager, within the time period specified.
- To include, but not limited to;
A range of massages A range of facials
Waxing
Manicures
Pedicures
Any other treatments that are required - To upsell and promote retail products where appropriate
- To take bookings accurately and to discuss the treatment list with guests/clients giving professional advice where needed
- To keep the treatment rooms clean and tidy to the required standards at all times
- To ensure all utensils and equipment are sterilised after every treatment
- To manage the days bookings effectively, to ensure that any changes are taken into account, in order to meet the ever changing needs of our guests
- To ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order and report any issues to maintenance/the Swim Club manager where appropriate
- To ensure all guest/client feedback, good and bad, is passed on to the Manager
