Food at Fifteen
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, each sitting offers a different experience. Breakfast and lunch are perfect for families with a lunch menu full of dishes boasting local, Cornish produce, fresh pastas and Italian twists.
Dinner is a more adult experience with a considered menu where guests can choose from a la carte or five course tasting menus. The vegetarian and meat and fish tasting menus are carefully developed by Head Chef, Adam Banks, and his team with a focus seasonal ingredients and beautiful flavours.
Cornwall Food Foundation – Apprentice programme
Fifteen Cornwall has been nurturing talent for over 12 years. Through its training and development programme, created by the Cornwall Food Foundation, the restaurant has given almost 200 apprentice chefs the chance of an outstanding career. It has given young people in need of a second chance, an avenue to discover and develop their true potential.
All the profits from Fifteen Cornwall go to its registered charity, Cornwall Food Foundation and together they manage the award-winning apprentice programme as well as other community food programmes run by the charity
Dinner bookings: Children & babies
Fifteen Cornwall welcome children in the restaurant during the day when menus are available for smaller and older children but do have a few restrictions in the evening. Children aged between 4-12 years are welcome at the first sitting of 6.15pm and they offer a selection of dishes available at a half portion.
Breakfast: 8.30am – 10am
Lunch: 12pm – 2.30pm
Dinner: 6.15pm – 9.15pm
Bar: 8:30am – 9pm
