A warm welcome is promised for families and friends wishing to celebrate Christmas by the sea. We’ll make it easy as pie. Just pull the crackers, tuck into turkey and watch the waves roll slowly in.

Christmas Day lunch menu
Celeriac, apple and crème fraiche soup with rosemary croutons
Potted crab with fennel and lemon, served with toasted granary bread
Terrine of pork with a prune and Armagnac compote
Roasted beets and goats cheese mousse with all spice, chicory and thyme honey
Slow roasted belly of pork with roasted apples and a rosemary salsa
Grilled fillet of brill with greens and a lobster and lemon sauce
Roast turkey with a clementine and cranberry relish
Pumpkin and ricotta gnocchi with a leek and sage sauce
Duck fat roasted potatoes, new potatoes, herb roasted roots and dressed winter greens
Vanilla and milk caramel cheesecake
Pear custard tarte with Poire William crème fraiche
Steamed Christmas pudding and traditional brandy sauce
Cropwell Bishop stilton served with mustard fruits and walnut bread
