At Watergate Bay, our coffee comes via Origin. Our current blend is composed of Finca Los Altos from Nicaragua and Finca Santa Elena from El Salvador. A creamy cup with notes of chocolate cookie, toasted walnuts and dark toffee.

Coffee

The filter coffee we have chosen for breakfast is freshly ground and brewed using an innovative, infusion system. The beans we use come from Finca San Carlos, located in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador. They have a caramel, nectarine and grapefruit rind taste. Beautifully balanced with medium sweetness and a rich finish.

Tea

Whatever you fancy – English breakfast, herbal and fruit infusions from Canton Teas.

Hot chocolate

Less sweet, rich in cocoa giving deep chocolate notes – does what it says on the tin.

Smoothies

Always changing – oats, fruit and nothing else.

Juice

Freshly squeezed apple, orange or ruby grapefruit.

Porridge

Please ask for a bowl of our Pimhill organic oat porridge made with Roddas milk or non-dairy alternative.

Muesli

Waffles

Have great fun using the waffle irons to create your own, and then choose what toppings to go for. Be it maple syrup and bacon, yoghurt or fresh berries, each waffle is as mouth watering as the next. But will one be enough?
