Guest relations manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Guest Relations Manager to join the team at Watergate Bay Hotel.
We are currently looking for a full-time team member of staff, on a permanent contract. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your prime function will be to deliver the highest standards of customer service at all times. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. It is important to be a strong team player, with bags of enthusiasm and personality. Previous experience in a front facing customer service environment is essential. A working knowledge of hotel booking systems would also be an advantage.

What you would be doing on a weekly basis
Overseeing and assisting in the smooth running of all guest related issues.
Ensuring all customer complaints are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner.
The check in of guests informing them of the hotel facilities, parking arrangements, restaurants etc.
Checking out guests and processing payments via the appropriate method e.g. credit card, cheque and cash.
Helping to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures.
Previous experience of using property management systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, word, excel & outlook
Previous front of house experience in a similar establishment
First Aid qualification
Current Enhanced DBS
Personal Licence holder
