Night guest relations manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for a night guest relations manager to join the team at Watergate Bay Hotel.
We are currently looking for a part-time team member, on a permanent contract. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your prime function will be to deliver the highest standards of customer service on Friday and Saturday nights, with the flexibility to cover additional shifts as holiday cover. You will be the main point of contact for our guests, overseeing and assisting in the smooth running of the hotel. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. It is important to be a strong team player, with bags of enthusiasm and personality. Previous experience in a front facing customer service environment is essential.

What you would be doing on a weekly basis:
Overseeing and assisting in the smooth running of all guest related issues.
Ensuring all customer complaints are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner.
The check in of guests informing them of the hotel facilities, parking arrangements, restaurants etc.
Checking out guests and processing payments via the appropriate method
Compiling End of day reports and audits
Helping to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures.
What you offer:
Previous experience of using property management systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, word, excel & outlook
Previous front of house experience in a similar establishment
Customer service focused
Able to prioritise tasks
Administrative and IT skills
First Aid qualification is preferred
Current Enhanced DBS is preferred
Personal Licence holder is preferred
