Restaurant supervisor – Zacry’s
This role is to assist the restaurant manager in overseeing the day to day running of Zacry’s restaurant.
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and customer focused individual to support the management of our busy restaurant. Successful candidates will need to be able to ensure the team provide exceptional service to our guests. Previous supervisory experience is essential, as is the ability to keep smiling on even the busiest days.
You will be required to assist with rotas, liaise with kitchen staff, and support the team through continued training and guidance. Attention to detail is imperative, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.

What you would be doing on a weekly basis
Deputising in the absence of the restaurant manager, to ensure the continued smooth running of Zacry’s.
Working with the food & beverage manager, head chef and restaurant manager to improve all aspects of our food service.
Supporting the restaurant manager in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a team of twenty.
Handling guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner.
Helping to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures.
