We’re sorry you have needed to cancel your reservation. As your cancellation was in excess of our Terms and Conditions and you have chosen not to receive a refund at this time, the payment has been converted to a postponement voucher.

This voucher can be refunded or utilised at any time within 24 months of issue.

If the voucher has not been utilised within the validity period, our team will contact you using the details you have provided.

If contact cannot be established, or there is no response within a reasonable time period following the vouchers expiry, the value will be forfeit.
