Vegetarian evening with Anna Jones - Friday 5 October

A seasonal three-course vegetarian feast, showcasing an interesting menu from Anna Jones. Anna was one of the first to graduate from Jamie Oliver's London Fifteen since then she has gone on to be a respected cook, food writer and author, “the voice of the modern vegetarian”. The menu will highlight dishes from her new book 'The Modern Cook's Year', her third book to date.

To start expect figs, pistachio and labneh, roast lemon and butterbean hummus and yoghurt flatbreads, main will include chard and walnut Crostata, roast cauliflower steak with taleggio and pickled peppers, roast parsnips with butterbeans and bay with Cavolo nero with coconut sambal. Dessert will be a seasonal plum cobbler.

Anna and executive chef, Neil Haydock will be on hand to talk through her menu, food philosophy, offer vegetarian cooking advice and answer any questions. Join us in putting vegetables at the centre of the table. There’ll be a beach bonfire and live music.
