Argentinian Asado - Friday 22 June

Friday 22 June – 7pm

Make like the iconic Gaucho cowboys and gather round our Argentinian barbecue and bonfire for a taste of the Andes and our nod to Polo on the Beach.

Three-courses of grilled meats including sweetbreads, morcilla y chorizo con salsa criolla, Cordero a la Cruz lamb con chimirchurri, short rib beef and grilled veggies. Tomatoes al forno, fire roasted squash, quinoa, roasted corn, chappa potatoes, chimichurri and salsa criola. Followed by chapa fruits and dulche de leche.

Dinner will be served inside on long banquet style tables with a bonfire on the beach and live music.

A vegetarian option is available, please let us know on booking.

Food and entertainment inclusive.
