Have you ever wanted to perfect your front crawl, and swim smoother, faster and further with more confidence?
Swimming is the ultimate low-impact sport, working all the main muscle groups and providing all round cardio-vascular fitness. In essence, you’ll tone the entire body while learning a valuable life skill.
The two day clinic with Salim Ahmed, a professional swim coach from Swim Lab, will allow you to understand more about your swimming style. The weekend combines land sessions on the importance of streamlining, body alignment and ‘hydro-statics’, with pool-time and video analysis.
Front crawl is the focus, but Swim Clinic is a bespoke experience developed according to the specific requirements of you and the group. You’ll be taken through the key elements of positioning, breathing and overall technique, enabling you to connect with the water and swim further and faster with less effort. By the end of the weekend, you’ll have the confidence to take your swimming further.

Prices for the Swim Clinic without accommodation is £150 per person.
