Stay at Watergate Bay Hotel, outside of school holidays, for some contemporary beach-side dining without fuss.

You’ll have the two-mile beach to yourselves, three courses in Zacry’s, a pasta masterclass and the full seven-course sharing menu at Fifteen Cornwall. You can also add on an optional Tarquin’s gin masterclass. Drink in and eat up everything the Bay has to offer in forty-eight hours.

With one of the best Cornish coastal settings, Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall is turning 11 years old and celebrating in style with the return of Adam Banks as the new head chef. He’s got some ideas up his chef whites and has extended an exclusive invite for our guests to be the first to try his new menu.

Start your day with a full Cornish breakfast and make your own waffles. Finish on the first night in Zacry’s with a three-course dinner showcasing local produce, chargrilled meats and classic flavours. Make sure to book for 7.30pm or later if you want to add on the Tarquin’s gin masterclass.

On the second night head to Fifteen Cornwall with a pasta demo from Adam followed by a seven-course sharing feast combining signature Italian flavours with a Fifteen twist.
