Padstow Seafood School
We’ve teamed up with our friends at Padstow Seafood School to give our guests the ultimate foodie escape. Not only will you be eating delicious seafood but you will also be learning how to prepare and cook your own with the experienced chefs from Rick Stein’s cookery school. The half day course will start at 10 am and last for approximately three hours. Lunch will be included.
Half day fish & shellfish cookery course
The course is designed for those who have never cooked with fish as well as seafood enthusiasts alike, and teaches the techniques needed to create really impressive fish dishes. Using the freshest ingredients, you will be shown how to choose good fish and how to make the very best of it in the kitchen.
The cookery course offers the perfect balance of demonstrations by the Seafood School chefs and hands-on cooking, as well as plenty of time to enjoy the food you create. You will be cooking in pairs and the cookery school chefs will share their tips and techniques to help you create the perfect dish.
