Yoga break

Clear the mind, refocus and enjoy Watergate Bay’s natural surroundings on our yoga break.

Nothing works its magic quite like yoga, an ancient form of Indian exercise and meditation which moves through a series of body postures while focusing on strength flexibility and breathing to boost your physical and mental wellbeing.

The two-day break, led by specialist yoga instructor Julia from Oceanlight Yoga, is aimed at both beginners taking their first steps into yoga and intermediates taking their practice further. During the break you’ll learn the foundations of yoga, take part in classes covering different disciplines including Vinyasa, Yin, Acro (pair work) and have the option to join walking and evening reflections, and workshops aimed at deepening your yoga understanding. All with the calming view of the ocean.

You will also get some time to take in Watergate Bay and all we have to offer here. We’re all about balance, which includes eating well, indulging yourself a bit, getting in the swimming pool, or even the sea, and perhaps the odd cocktail. You’ve earnt it after all.
