Fitness Classes and cardio room

Swim Club has four different fitness classes throughout the week for you to join – our new boot camp style beach fitness, Nordic walking, cardio cycle and yoga.

Our studio is below Swim Club on Sea Lane and is accessed via the boardwalk. Classes here include cardio cycle and yoga, while Nordic walking and beach fit take place on the beach.

The cardio room is where you need to go if you like to maintain your fitness and keep energy levels up whilst on holiday.

Here you will find top of the range gym equipment including a Concept2 rowing machine, SkiERG, matrix hybrid cross trainers, running machines and fitness bikes.

Saturday: 10am or 2pm (tide dependent)

Cardio cycle

Monday: 10.30am & Thursday: 10:30am


Tuesday: 10:30am – Hatha Style Yoga

Friday: 10:30am – Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Saturday: 4pm – Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Sunday: 10:30am – Hatha Style Yoga (starting August)

Nordic walking

Wednesday: 10:15am
