Fitness Classes and cardio room
Swim Club has different fitness classes throughout the week for you to join – cardio cycle and yoga run regularly.
Our studio is below Swim Club on Sea Lane and is accessed via the boardwalk.
The cardio room is where you need to go if you like to maintain your fitness and keep energy levels up whilst on holiday.
Here you will find top of the range gym equipment including a Concept2 rowing machine, SkiERG, matrix hybrid cross trainers, running machines and fitness bikes.
