Yoga classes at Watergate Bay are a gentle flow of movement incorporating breathing techniques. Yoga enables you to building strength, increasing flexibility and finding a little moment of peace for body and mind. All classes are suitable for beginners.
Classes are for 1 hour and £8 per person.
Wednesday: 10.30am & Friday: 10:30am
We also offer 1:1 classes at £48, subject to availability.
Yoga is available to non-residents as well as guests of the hotel.
