Yoga classes at Watergate Bay are a gentle flow of movement incorporating breathing techniques. Yoga enables you to building strength, increasing flexibility and finding a little moment of peace for body and mind. All classes are suitable for beginners.

Classes are for 1 hour and £8 per person.

Pilates

Monday: 8am

Pilates focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced pace. Learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core.

Hatha Style Yoga

Tuesday: 10.30am

Sunday: 10.30am

A reflective style which encourages tight muscles to release, the mind to rest and the whole body to gain new energy. Classes include breath work (pranayama), posture (asana) and mindfulness (dharana).

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Friday: 10:30am

Saturday: 4pm

Vinyasa Flow Yoga combines movement with the breath. An energizing class that emphasizes alignment of the body and the development of posture through flowing poses. This style of yoga focuses on Improving flexibility, balance, strength and concentration. The class is great for the mind and body and will leave you feeling revitalised.

We also offer 1:1 classes at £48, and weekend yoga retreats throughout the year, subject to availability.
