Our baby monitoring devices enable you to monitor your children in the room throughout the hotel and The Beach Hut.
Please note that guardians must remain on site and at no time will the hotel act in loco parentis.
Free parking is provided for one car per room. Please ensure we have your full correct car registration details.

On your day of departure, please vacate your room and settle your account by 11.30am.
Departing guests are required to vacate the hotel by midday.
Dogs are welcome at Watergate Bay. However, they must be kept on a short lead at all times.
The owner will be responsible for the actions of their pet and any complaints that arise as a result of noisy dogs must be dealt with. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture, including beds, and restrictions apply in some areas of the hotel.
A self service laundry facility is available located in the link corridor to The Coach House.
The machines take £1 coins and costs £3 per wash and £1 per half hour for the dryer. Detergent is provided.
Extra pillows, baby cots, bed guards and non-slip bath mats are all available on request.
If you would like your bed linen changed, please contact us before 10.30pm and it will be changed the following day; just place any towels that need laundering in the bath or shower.
A complimentary Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the hotel and at The Beach Hut. For security reasons the system is password protected.
The Wi-Fi network called WATERGATE BAY is provided for our guests. Because the network is shared by many, we need everyone to use it in an appropriate way to ensure a quality of service for all. By connecting to the wireless network, you are agreeing to abide by our fair usage policy.
Examples of prohibited use are as follows: illegal/criminal activity, security violations, threats, offensive material or spam. We also ask that users do not undertake large amounts of streaming or downloading (over 1GB per day).
If you break the terms of this policy we will disconnect you from the network with no warning.
Lost items are kept by front desk until claimed for up to a period of one month.

All of our waste is separated and recycled.
Please leave any large items such wine bottles, newspapers etc. next to your bins.
