Swim to the horizon
Our 25-metre infinity pool is a real swimmer’s pool. With floor-to-ceiling glass on two sides, imagine yourself in the Atlantic, only warmer. Folding doors open alongside the pool on sunny days, bringing the outside even closer. Our ultra violet filtration system and cutting-edge environmental technology keep chlorine levels low.
The swimming pool is open from 7am to 9pm with dedicated adult and family swim times.
Treatments
Take some time for yourself with a 60-minute treatment. Tucked away, three treatment rooms – including a double, and a sea view manicure and pedicure room – offer massage, facial, hands and feet treatments, and pregnancy massages. Our treatments use natural products, many by land&water, a new sustainable British brand originating from Watergate Bay.
A picture window
Find some peace in our ocean room. Day or night, calm seas or raging storm, the panoramic view is mesmerising. Take a book from our library; curl up with a magazine and a cocktail from the café bar; catch up on some work; or drift off to sleep on the sofa. Any time in this room is time well spent.
Relax - and recover
Perched out on the terraces and facing the sea, our timber Finnish sauna stimulates the release of endorphins. Feel good, rest aching limbs, and set yourself up for a long deep sleep. Temperatures range from 70°C to 95°C.

In our cardio room, you’ll find a Concept2 rowing machine, SkiERG Matrix hybrid cross trainers, running machines and fitness bikes. We also have free weights and yoga mats.
Swim break
Perfect your front crawl, and swim smoother, faster and further with more confidence. Our two-night swim break includes indoor and sea swimming, swim yoga and coastal walking.
