Are pets allowed
Sorry, we are unable to have pets in the building.

Can you pre order food?
Yes, we recommend ordering ahead of time for large meetings.

Is there somewhere to prepare lunch?
Yes, depending on which package you take, you will be able to use the ‘The Pantry’ with full use of microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, crockery.  We just ask that you tidy up after yourself.

Is there onsite parking
Yes, we have plenty of free car parking spaces.

Do you have EV charging points
Yes, our chargers are slow charging EV chargers.

How do you book meeting rooms?
Meeting rooms can be booked in the same way you book your desk, through our website.

Is WiFi included?
Yes, WiFi is included in every package.

Is your WiFi fast - can it handle my VPN?
Yes, and we have an onsite IT team.

Are there tea and coffee facilities?
Tea and coffee can be purchased at  No.1 Cubs Coffee along with light lunches, cakes and pastries.
Depending on your package you will also have access to 'The Pantry' where you will be able to make hot drinks. 

Will I get discount at No.1 Cubs Coffee?
No.

Is there printing available and is there a charge?
We have a black and white printer, with 10 sheets free of charge per day. Additional printing is via an honesty box at 5p per sheet. We don't have copying or scanner facilities.

What is the fire procedure?
Please ensure that you read our health and safety policy.

What security is in place?
The Hangar is staffed between 9  - 5pm and CCTV in place. We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Are there mobile/laptop charge points available
Yes.

Are there shower and changing facilities
Yes, depending on which package you take, you will be able to use our shower and changing facilities.

Am I allowed to have my post/parcels delivered to The Hangar
We are unable to facilitate post/deliveries.

Can I trial a desk before making a booking?
Trial a desk free of charge, subject to availability. Please contact space@hangar.work to book yours.

Do you have accessible toilets?
Yes.

Is your building wheelchair friendly?
Yes.

My life is on zoom or by phone, is that ok?
Yes, we just ask that you respect your colleagues who share the space.

Can I hold meetings at my desk with guests?
You can if you book one of the three-booth tables, but not at the other desks.

What are your Covid-secure measures?

  1. Do not come to the office if you have Covid-19 symptoms and notify us immediately by emailing space@hangar.work
  2. Always wipe down any common area you use with the anti-bacterial wipes provided.
  3. Wash your hands as soon as you enter the building and regularly through the day. Please use the hand sanitiser available.
  4. Keep windows and doors open as much as possible to ensure good flow of air.
