For me, swimming is as much an art as a science
— Salim Ahmed
Swim longer, further, and faster
“It’s one of the only sports you can continue to improve at throughout your life, from age nine through to ninety. The swim break is designed to help people connect with the water, to swim longer, further and faster, and most importantly of all, to fall in love with swimming again.”

Indoor & outdoor swimming
Salim’s programme uses the same theory and methodology used by some of the world’s top swimmers. Learn how to swim strongly, efficiently and confidently in all types of water. You will be given guidance on how to take your new found skills and continue to develop them when you get home.
Geared mainly around front crawl, the break is tailored to each individual and is suitable for all ages and abilities (except complete beginners/non-swimmers).
The wonderful setting is one of the most unique aspects of the weekend
— Salim Ahmed
Inspiring location
"The surroundings here are so inspiring, and we take full advantage, whether it’s wild swimming on the beach or walking on the coast path. By the end of the weekend, I guarantee you’ll be a better swimmer – and be passionate about continuing your swimming journey.”
