Frequently asked questions

Find answers to frequently asked questions including our approach to Covid-19, logging into our guest app, dog-friendly spaces, what's in our bedrooms, where to park and checking in and out times.

Covid-19

We’re pleased that the relaxation of Covid restrictions and the end to social distancing is allowing us to offer a little more flexibility and spontaneity during your stay with us.

The ability to dip in and out of each element of the Watergate Bay experience in your own time, and at your own pace is so important.

There will no longer be group restrictions in our restaurants, nor will you need to book to swim or use the cardio room.

Our Kids’ Zone team are once again able to offer supervised sessions both during the day and in the evening and they’re introducing beach activities for your children this summer too.

However, we remain committed to the health and wellbeing of our guests and our teams. We’ll be keeping our face coverings on for the next few weeks, and we’d ask you to do the same whilst you’re moving around the hotel or having a treatment in Swim Club.

There will be land&water hand sanitiser in your room and throughout the hotel and, if you would like to check-in while you’re with us, our NHS track and trace QR code is at the main entrance.

While the lifting of restrictions will provide more availability, please download and make use of our mobile guest app to book restaurant tables, treatments, surf lessons and Kids’ Zone sessions ahead of your stay.  This will ensure you relax and enjoy your holiday from the moment you arrive.

Finally, if you are suffering from any Covid symptoms, have tested positive or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, please contact our guest services team who will be happy to rearrange your stay.
