Blueberry gin and rose collins recipe
Curio Blueberry and Lime Gin, a few drops of rose water, soda water and a handful of blueberries. Refreshing, zesty and full of summer flavours.
Ingredients
- 35ml Blueberry Curio Gin
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 drops of rose water
- Soda water
- Handful of blueberries
Method
Goblet glass
- Add Curio gin to glass.
- Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon
- Add a couple of drops of rose water
- Add cubed ice
- Top with soda and a handful of blueberries.
