Limoncello fizz cocktail recipe
From organic lemons comes this organic Cornish Limoncello from Atlantic Distillery, created a few miles away from the hotel. A light summers drink with sharp zesty notes.

Ingredients
- 25ml Atlantic Limoncello
- Juice of half lime
- Topped with Laurent Perrier champagne
Method
Served in a wine glass
- Shake 25ml limoncello and half lime juice.
- Shake and strain over ice
- Top with Laurent Perrier champagne

We would struggle to get more local than the Atlantic Distillery. It's located just a couple of miles away from Watergate Bay on a farm in Newquay. On their smallholding, the team grow fruits and fresh herbs which will often inspire the next small batch bottle of flavoured gin and liqueurs.
