Raspberry gin cocktail recipe
A refreshing gin-based cocktail, with cream of coconut, lime, mint and raspberry. Muddled, shaken and poured over ice.

Ingredients
- 50ml Plymouth gin
- 25ml Cream of coconut
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Handful of raspberries
- Sprig of mint
Method
Served over crushed ice, short glass
- Muddle a handful of raspberries in a short glass and then fill with crushed ice.
- Fill a Boston shaker with ice and pour 50ml gin, 25ml cream of coconut, half a lime squeezed, then shake.
- Strain over the crushed ice, add a sprig of mint and a raspberry if you like.
