Tommy's margarita recipe
A twist on the classic margarita, with agave syrup rather than triple sec. Originally served at Tommy's Mexican restaurant in San Francisco and now a classic in its own right.

Ingredients
- 50ml Herradura tequila
- Juice of half lime
- Agave nectar
Method
Served on the rocks
- Cut a lime quarter and rub along the rim of the glass, hold the glass upside down and dust with salt. Or, pour salt onto a plate and place the glass upside down to cover the rim
- Fill glass with ice and squeeze 1/2 lime
- Stir through 50ml tequila and tablespoon of agave
- Enjoy!
