Coronavirus - all you need to know
This month we are thinking of seasonal winter warmers. Wild sea bass, Terras farm confit duck leg, roasted lamb with aubergine caponata. We have also included a new plant based element to the evening menu.
Zacry’s is executive chef Neil Haydock’s culinary playground, with a bold, charcoal-fired heart. Fusing international influence with local produce. Expect classic dishes with a contemporary Cornish twist.
The seasonally inspired menus could feature slow-cooked beef short rib, burrata with clementine, Grampound duck, pan-fried hake, or chocolate and brown butter ganache with pickled blackberries. Elegantly finished with a classic cocktail.
