From Curio Cocoa Nib Vodka to Wrecking Coast Sloe Gin, Atlantic Cassis to Knightor Rose Vermouth, Cornwall’s impressive spread of artisan producers is represented in imaginative ways. “The list has lots of my favourite drinks in an interesting, fresh and playful combination,” says Christina, Watergate Bay Hotel's food and beverage operations manager.
